St Arvans is a large, well maintained, traditional, terraced property situated near the centre of Aberystwyth within easy walking distance of the university, theatre, shops and the promenade. The lower ground floor is occupied as a separate holiday flat with access from the rear of the property. The Flat has sole access to the rear garden. (see details of the Flat above).

The house provides the following accommodation on 3 floors:
Ground Floor: Living Room with colour TV, DVD & CD player; Kitchen and Dining Area equipped with table and chairs, electric cooker, larder fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster, electric kettle, crockery, cutlery, pans etc. Bathroom with bath with shower over, toilet and wash hand basin
First Floor: 2 double bedrooms, both with wash hand basins and 1 single bedroom
Top Floor: 1 double and 1 single bedroom; Bathroom with bath and shower over, toilet and wash hand basin
Outside: Small fore garden and new decked terrace, with glass balustrade leading from new patio doors in the kitchen.
Heating & Electricity: There is full gas central heating and an additional electric fire in the front room. £15 worth of electricity and gas is included in the rental any additional units consumed will be charged at the normal domestic tariff.
Telephone & Internet: There is a phone in the house, which receives incoming calls only. Guests with wireless enabled laptops can connect to Broadband Internet free of charge.
Pets: Sorry no pets allowed.
PARKING : There is generally free parking close to the house in Cambrian Square, if not there is free, unlimited parking available in the surrounding residential roads.

There is no private parking with St Arvans but luggage and passengers can be unloaded on the road outside. There are two steps up to enter the house. There is a living room, kitchen/diner and bathroom on the ground floor, there are 2 steps down and one up to reach the ground floor bathroom.
Upper Floors: All the sleeping accommodation is upstairs on the first and second floors, plus a second bathroom on the 2nd floor.
Aberystwyth town and the promenade would be accessible from St Arvans by wheelchair, as the terrain is fairly flat, especially if the wheelchair user has assistance.
